I’ve been with SMB since 2009. My role is to train our new employees and try to keep up with the industry’s ever-changing billing rules. Along with this, I also conduct the HIPAA training for our staff. I’ve been married to my husband for 26 years. We have 2 grown children and our first grandchild arrived in 2022. To spend time with my family and friends – playing cards, camping, traveling, watching the Royals or Chiefs or just hanging out are my hobbies. This year’s new adventure for us is building a home.
I started my role in new accounts at Prime Care Nexus in 2016, and my primary focus is to ensure a smooth, quick, and stress-free transition for new clients moving from their previous billing company to ours. I work closely with medical offices to set up accounts with government and commercial insurance payers to ensure seamless claims submission and billing operations.
I also specialize in contracting and credentialing, and I am always available to answer questions or provide guidance throughout the process. Whether it’s setup issues or payer-related concerns, I am here to support our clients every step of the way and help resolve any challenges that may arise.

I started with Prime Care Nexus in January 2004. My main role involves managing the Customer Service and Delinquent Patient Accounts departments. In addition, I also serve as a Human Resources liaison for the company. Prime Care Nexus manages accounts across 35 states nationwide, ensuring consistent and reliable support for all our clients.
We take great care in handling all incoming calls with professionalism, compassion, and respect, as we understand that we represent both the practice and our valued clients. Outside of work, I have been married for 32 years and am blessed with 6 grandchildren. Being a “GIGI” is my favorite role, and on my personal wish list is an Alaskan cruise to see the whales, hopefully sooner rather than later.
